Because our boxes are carefully assembled and include art materials that must remain sealed to be reused, we are unable to accept returns of opened boxes. If your box is unopened, we are happy to review a return request. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you.
If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or with any issue, please email us at [email protected]. We will work with you to make it right. Whether that means sending replacement materials or finding another solution, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you would like to cancel your order or subscription before it ships, we are happy to help. Please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible so we can confirm if cancellation is still possible.
You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer portal: kidsartbox.com/login. If you need assistance, feel free to email us at [email protected].
If you cancel a 3- or 6-box subscription before all boxes have shipped, all prepaid boxes will still be shipped as scheduled and the subscription will not renew.
If you do not want to receive the remaining boxes, please email us at [email protected]. We will review your request and may issue a pro-rated refund for any unshipped boxes.
