Snow

Snow is a favorite of children because it is so fun to play with! They love building snowmen, sliding in the snow and watching the snow fall! This Snow box is the perfect for your young snow lovers. With this art kit you will explore mixed media art that mixes 2 different types of paint, experiment with a snowflake stencil, create a winter collage, and a snow globe. Then to finish you will experiment with salt absorption and bake yummy chocolate chips snowball cookies!

Activities in the Snow Box:
Mixed media snow flake stencil
Create a beautiful snowflake painting by mixing watercolor and tempera paint. You will use a foam paint brush to stamp paint on a stencil to create the snowflake. Then make it shine with (compostable!) glitter and sparkly gems.
